Biographical Sketch

Michael Lim is an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Illinois. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Yonsei University (Korea) and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Northwestern University. Professor Lim’s research interests include network optimization, supply chain/logistics management, and sustainable operations management. He is a member of INFORMS, SIAM and POMS. Professor Lim currently teaches courses in operations management, process management models.
