David Lins

Professor Emeritus of Finance


Biographical Sketch

David Lins is a professor of finance and an adjunct professor of agricultural and consumer economics. He earned his B.S. and M.S. in agricultural economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a Ph.D. in agricultural economics from the University of Illinois. He teaches courses in corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Professor Lins has also been a consultant in the area of firm valuation, investment analysis, and litigation support. Research interests include financial management, investment analysis, and agricultural finance.
