Congratulations to 2015-16 teaching award winners and nominees

The College announces its recipients of the 2015-16 awards for teaching excellence, nominated by their department and reviewed by the College Educational Policy Committee: Michael Donohoe, Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Steve Michael, Excellence in Graduate Teaching William Snyder, Excellence in Teaching Assistance The awards are sponsored jointly by the College and the College of Business Alumni Association (CBAA), an organization that has made faculty and teaching excellence a priority in their fund- and friend-raising activities for many decades. Michael, Steve, and Bill will be recognized at the College Faculty Meeting this spring and at the CBAA Spring Luncheon on April 27^th in Chicago. Faculty and staff are invited to attend the Spring Luncheon as guests of the CBAA. Additionally, the following Campus Excellence in Instruction Award nominees have been chosen to be considered by the campus selection committee: Joseph T. Mahoney, Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching (Tenured Faculty) Stephen Peters, Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching (Instructional Staff) Srinivas Venugopal, Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching (Graduate TA) Raj Echambadi, Excellence in Graduate & Professional Teaching Scott Weisbenner, Excellence in Graduate & Professional Teaching Deepak Somaya, Excellence in Graduate Student Mentoring Award winners will be announced at the Celebration of Teaching Excellence Banquet on April 26, 2016. Congratulations to this year's winners and nominees for the College and campus teaching awards!
