Central Illinois Business magazine, published by the News-Gazette, has announced the winners of its sixth annual Forty Under 40 Awards, including four College of Business alumni:
• Kathryn Blum, MBA ’10, interim senior director of annual giving and associate director of planning and policy analysis, University of Illinois Foundation
• Kelly Duitsman Loschen ’00 (accountancy), accounting manager, Martin, Hood, Friese & Associates
• Tristan Pisarczyk ’03 (business administration), director of operations and facilities, St. John's Catholic Newman Center
• Brian Sauder, MBA ’14, policy director, Faith in Place
The awards recognize young professionals for their achievements, experience, innovation, leadership, and community involvement. The magazine solicited nominations from the community, and a panel of judges reviewed the nominations and chose the 40 winners, including a Woman of the Year and Man of the Year.
