American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Scholarship Recipient

Trisha Phadke, a senior Accountancy major at the University of Illinois, was selected to receive one of five scholarships through the AICPA/Accountemps National Scholarship program. This annual award is offered to both undergraduate and graduate accounting majors who aspire to become CPAs, demonstrate academic excellence and show exceptional leadership. Each student will receive a $2,500 award for the academic year.

Professor Anita Feller Memorial Fund

Professor Feller dedicated over 20 years of her life educating the students and future business leaders of Illinois. Her dedication to her students and her profession were exemplary. We lost Professor Feller too early in life, and we would like to commemorate her and have her legacy live on.

Memorial Service Friday to Honor Feller

Accountancy instructor Anita Feller passed away of pancreatic cancer July 31. Her memorial service will be held at the Levis Faculty Center today at 1 p.m.

Respected accountancy lecturer Anita Feller will be honored at a memorial service on September 9, 2011. She passed away on July 31 after battling pancreatic cancer.
