Application Materials and Deadlines
The MSA program begins in June of each year. The program will begin to accept applications on November 1, 2013 for the Summer 2014 term. The application deadline is February 1, 2014. All required materials must be received at the MSA Program Office before an application will be reviewed.
The MSA application consists of several items. Please review all of the admission application instructions carefully before you start the online application.
Unless specified otherwise, please upload all application checklist items as part of the online application.
Online ApplicationWhen applying to the MSA program please read and follow the online application instructions carefully. As you proceed through the application you will notice differences between the online application system (ApplyYourself) instructions and the MSA program specific instructions (e.g. transcript submission, r??sum?? information). In the event of a discrepancy in application instructions, the MSA specific instructions take precedence over ApplyYourself instructions.
Official Transcripts and Degree Certificates
Must be MAILED to MSA Program Office and uploaded as part of online application
Applicants must submit original transcripts and degree certificates (when applicable) along with certified English translations if the records are in a language other than English. Credentials must be certified by an officer of the educational institution issuing the documents. These credentials must be uploaded into the Upload Credentials Here section of your online application. In addition, you should request that the educational institution send the documents in a sealed envelope directly to the MSA Program office.

Professional ResumeYour professional resume should include personal information (name, address, telephone number and email address), educational background, work experience (start and end dates for each position and a brief description of responsibilities), internship experience, educational training, professional associations, and special skills.
Personal StatementYour statement (1,500 word maximum) should describe your reasons for pursuing the degree as well as your personal and professional goals.
Three Letters of RecommendationThree letters of Recommendation (accessed by clicking the Recommendations tab in the online application) from academic and /or business sources. Academic references should be from professors whose course(s) you have taken. Professional references should come from your work supervisor. Personal references and references from co-workers are not acceptable.
GMAT Score Reports: Institution Code – VKR TK 32All applicants, domestic or international, are required to take the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT). Your official GMAT scores must be sent directly to MSA program: Institution Code – VKR TK 32.
TOEFL/IELTS Score Reports: Institution Code – 1836
All international applicants must take the Internet-Based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test. There are no exemptions from the TOEFL, iBT or IELTS exam.
Your official TOEFL (or IELTS) scores must be sent directly to the MSA program: Institution Code – 1836.

Declaration & Certification of Finances (International Students Only)The Declaration & Certification of Finances Form and Official Bank Statement should be uploaded into the Upload Credentials Here section of your online application in order for your file to be complete and reviewed by the MSA admissions committee.
MSA Coursework Form (upload as part of online application)The MSA Coursework Form includes a list of prerequisite coursework, additional accounting coursework, and any college or university level (undergraduate or graduate) courses in progress.
Supplemental MaterialsUpload any supplemental materials, if any, as part of the online application.
