Personalized Career Advising
As an MSA student, your assigned advisers will get to know you and will work collaboratively with you to develop your job search strategy, polish your resume and cover letter(s), create your LinkedIn profile, design your elevator pitch, and practice your interview skills.
Just In Time Advising
Walk-in advisers are available daily, during set hours, to help you when you have some ad hoc questions or if you are unable to schedule an appointment with your assigned advisers.
I-Link Job Board
You will have your own personalized account to apply for career opportunities posted by employers for College of Business students, to apply for campus work opportunities, to schedule interviews, and to be notified of campus recruiting events and career fairs.
Career Development Workshops
The Business Career Services Office offers a series of career development workshops for MSA students. The workshops cover a wide variety of topics, which strengthen your job search abilities and increase your competitiveness in the job market.
On Campus RecruitingEach semester, our office hosts hundreds of employers, who come to our campus looking for College of Business students.
Students meet with employers, both domestic and international, on specific days during each semester to discuss job opportunities. Many of the recruiters that come to campus for the Career Fairs are Alumni from the College of Business.
Access to Industry Professionals
As a MSA student, you will have access to a vibrant network of industry professionals through the Specialized Masters LinkedIn Group, industry professional virtual resume review, as well as alumni virtual advising. These are great opportunities for you to build industry connections.
