Guided Individual Study (GIS)

Guided individual instruction (correspondence courses) is individual instruction online or by mail. Correspondence courses do not count toward your official class load. The course hours are not counted in the enrolled hours needed for full-time status, Dean's List, or James Scholar minimum load. These courses do not interrupt residency. Before enrolling, students should become fully acquainted with the regulations.
