Professor
of Business Administration Kent Monroe was honored by the American
Marketing Association on Februrary 12. Monroe received the 2005
AMA Irwin-McGraw Hill Distinguished Marketing Educator Award at
a luncheon in San Antonio where the AMA was meeting.
Madhu Viswanathan, associate professor in business administration,
reported that Monroe received several standing ovations during the
event. The College of Business and the Department of Business Administration
hosted a reception in his honor that evening.
