Core Curriculum Study Released
A committee of twelve faculty, students, and staff were charged
by Dean Avijit Ghost last fall to "review the current undergraduate
business core curriculum and suggest changes and modifications"
in order for the College of Business to achieve a goal to provide
a high quality education to all students. Chaired by former Finance
department head Morgan Lynge, the committee made fourteen recommendations
in its final report. The most significant reecommendation is that
the current core curriculum -- 40% of the required credit hours
needed for graduation -- be retained.
The full report and the three appendices are available online as
PDF files.
