Scholarship Awards Announced

Avijit Ghosh, dean, and Dinesh Ahluwalia, director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), announced the recipients of new scholarships for students in the Illinois MBA Program and in the undergraduate program. The scholarships are named for their donors, both of whom have a particular interest in entrepreneurial challenges and are graduates of the Urbana-Champaign campus. All scholarships are for $5,000.

The Robert J. Buford Entrepreneurial Scholarship was awarded to Blake Beanblossom, a second-year MBA student.

The John A. Schoen Entrepreneurial Scholarship was awarded to Jeremy Hollis, a second-year MBA student.

Steven N. Miller Entrepreneurial Scholarships were awarded to Sundhar Annamalai, a second year MBA student, Heather Beal, a senior in business administration/marketing, and Mingxia ‘Emery’ Shi, a second year MBA student.
