Jan Brueckner was one of four panelists at a live webcast on WebFN on September 11, 2002, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Forum panelists discussed the airline industry since the events of September 11, 2001. Also scheduled for the panel were a Chicago Tribune writer, a former Department of Transportation official, and a Wall Street analyst.

Brueckner, IBE Distinguished Professor of Economics, recently released a study of the impact of an expansion of O'Hare Airport in Chicago. The full report, entitled "Airline Traffic and Urban Economic Development," is online in PDF format on the Institute of Government and Public Affairs (IGPA) website. Brueckner is also an IGPA faculty member.
