How do I submit a service request?

To submit a service request simply navigate your browser to https://sharepoint.business.illinois.edu/helpdesk/ and click "Submit New Service Request."

After that you will see the screen showing you the information you will need to input to complete your request

Alternatively you can also send an email to oimhelpdesk@business.illinois.edu detailing your request.
