Connecting to Network Shares on a Mac

First click on the GO menu, and chose connect to server as highlighted below.

Now enter the server address smb://cbafiles.cba.uiuc.edu/yournetid.

If you want to add it to your list of favorite servers for easy access simply click the + and it will be added for future use. Otherwise click the “connect” button and enter your username and password when prompted.
