Infrastructure
Because many advanced financial ideas are now best explored and understood through complex analytical and computing platforms, the MIL and TL provides our students and faculty with state-of-the-art tools that will best advance their research, teaching, and learning activities.
The learning environment mimics that observed in
many financial market environments including
electronic information panels, computers at each
learning station all housed in a glass-encased
environment. The entire lab area consists of three
separate spaces: A 48-seat primary instruction room
equipped with 24 high-end networked workstations
with dual screens, a secondary lab, equipped with 20
networked workstations and 20 seats, and a walk-up
area with 10 networked computer stations monitored
and assisted by instructional aides.
