Digging In

Alumni and campus leaders celebrated the groundbreaking: (l-r) Steering Committee member Michael Krasny '75, U of I President B. Joseph White, Illinois Lt. Governor Pat Quinn, Campaign Co-chair Michael Tokarz '71 '73 MBA, U of I Board of Trustees Chair Larry Eppley '82 MAS '82, Dean Avijit Ghosh, Campaign Co-chair Avy Stein '77, and Chancellor Richard Herman.

The College of Business was pleased to have honored guests break ground for the new Business Instructional Facility on April 28.

And these dignitaries were happy to dig in the dirt to celebrate the start of construction.

In fewer than 30 months, the new building is expected to be open for Business.
