Champagne in Champaign

Faculty and staff traversed Sixth Street. Current students turned out on a sunny Friday afternoon. Alumni returned to campus.

The reception, with more than 250 in attendance, was a chance to celebrate the groundbreaking with champagne and cake.

The instructional facility groundbreaking gave everyone an opportunity to look to the future with great expectations and to reflect on the past with pride.
