  1. Demographic Information–Update your preferred first and last name and add a middle name if desired.
  2. Postal Address–Update your office address and set display preferences.
  3. Telephone listings–Update your campus phone number and set display preferences.

 

Demographic Information

This is the default page shown when the user logs in.

  1. Users may access this page by selecting Demographic Information in the left menu.
  2. Names are pulled directly from Banner.
  3. Employees may enter alternate first or last names if they wish these names to be displayed in any College profiles or directories instead of their official Banner name (see item B). Users who would like their middle name included in any public listings should enter it in the Middle Name field. If these fields are left blank, the Banner name will be used. Please note that editing these fields will not change your name in Banner.
  4. These options only effect display of faculty in the College faculty profiles or departmental directories. Changing one of these items will not prevent staff from being listed in College directories.
  5. User must click Save to save any updates to the information on this page. Undo Changes will undo any edits made since the page was last saved.

Postal Address

  1. Users may access this page by selecting Postal Address in the left menu.
  2. Select an address (by clicking on the link) to make edits to the information associated with it.

  1. Campus Primary 1 is the address type that will be displayed in any College profiles or directories. Do not change this drop-down.
  2. These options only effect display of faculty in the College faculty profiles or departmental directories. Changing one of these items will not prevent staff from being listed in College directories.

 

Telephone Listings

  1. Users may access this page by selecting Telephone Listings in the left menu.
  2. Campus Phone 1 is the employees’ primary campus phone number. This is the phone number that will be displayed in any College profiles or directories. Select this item (by clicking on the link) to update the primary campus phone number.

  1. Campus Phone 1 is the phone number type that will be displayed in any College profiles or directories. Do not change this drop-down.
  2. These options only effect display of faculty in the College faculty profiles or departmental directories. Changing one of these items will not prevent staff from being listed in College directories.

 


Notes:

  1. Users may not change departments or titles. Employee’s department is either set by Banner or entered into FSDB by Office of Research, Administration Office, or the appropriate Departmental office.
  2. Employee’s title is either set automatically (grad students and hourly employees) or entered by the Office of Research, Administration Office, or the appropriate Departmental office.
