Teaching and Research Interests

I have taught classes and run workshops on Management and Organizational Behavior, Teams, Negotiations, Ethics, & Diversity.

My research focuses on the way group composition and social status affect the cognition, feelings, and behavior of group members in diverse social contexts. I am particularly interested in how status affects the relationship between members of minority sub-groups.
