Federal Taxation

The intersection of financial reporting and coprorate taxation using archival methods. Specifically, the role financial derivatives, off-balance-sheet entities, and other financial vehicles play in risk management and tax avoidance. Other interests include investor and managerial responses to financial and tax reporting regulation.
