Nicholas C. Petruzzi

Nicholas Petruzzi is an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Illinois. He holds a B.S. in physics from the College of William and Mary and a Ph.D. in operations management from Purdue University. Professor Petruzzi’s research interests include pricing models in operations management, stochastic inventory theory, the operations/marketing interface, and supply-chain coordination models. He is a member of the editorial board of Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (M&SOM) and has published papers in Operations Research, Management Science, M&SOM, Naval Research Logistics, and European Journal of Operational Research. Professor Petruzzi teaches courses primarily at the MBA level in operations management, manufacturing planning and control, design and management of service systems, and project management.
