Biographical Sketch

Matthew Kraatz, Associate Professor of Business Administration, earned a B.S. in Psychology from Illinois College and holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Northwestern University. Professor Kraatz joined the Illinois faculty in 1994 and teaches organizational behavior and organizational change at the undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. levels. He is on the editorial boards of International Public Management Journal and Strategic Organization.
