Biographical Sketch

Mark Roszkowski is a Professor of Business Administration. He earned a B.S. and J. D. from the University of Illinois and has taught in the Department of Business Administration since 1979. He teaches courses in business law, and the legal environment of business. His research focuses on commercial law generally, including contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code (particularly sales), bankruptcy, antitrust law, tort law, agency law, and products liability.
