Program Content - Features and Benefits
The CBA program will provide an opportunity for the attendees to delve into the
functional areas of business. A topic will be introduced, including terminology and
examples, readings will be assigned to give each participant a background in that
area.
Each topic will then be discussed at length and practical applications will be given.
At the completion of the core topics, participants will examine the critical issues facing
each organization and develop solutions and recommendations for them.
Business Strategy/Marketing
- Learn to develop an understanding of what constitutes a winning position within the
business environment. You will be able to identify what makes you a winner.

Financial Management
- Learn to interpret financial statements. Your financial statements will make sense to
