Murillo Campello, James F. Towey Faculty Fellow
Murillo Campello teaches international financial markets and international financial management. His research interests include corporate finance, financial intermediation, monetary policy, financial markets, and contract theory. Greg Northcraft, Harry Gray Professor of Executive Leadership
Greg Northcraft teaches courses in management and organizational behavior, behavioral aspects of decision-making, negotiation, and conflict management. His research interests include conflict management, managerial decision making, process of collaboration and employee motivation and job design, particularly in high technology manufacturing settings. Scott Weisbenner, Julian Simon Memorial Faculty Fellow
Scott Weisbenner teachers courses in corporate finance, and his research interests include household portfolio decisions and how they are influenced by taxation and psychological factors; issues concerning retirement saving and pension plans; and corporate payout policy. He has published articles in such journals as the American Economic Review and Journal of Finance, and his work has been cited in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Barron’s, and Smart Money. IVCA Minority Scholarship
Established by IVCA, a trade association representing the $100 billion venture capital and private equity community in Illinois, the IVCA Scholar Program was created in 2007 to draw interest among minority students in a venture capital or private equity career. The scholarship is unique in that it’s awarded to undergraduate students, giving them an opportunity to rub elbows with some powerful principals and partners in the industry. Read full profile »
Voitik Scholarship
When Larry Voitik (‘93 EMBA) passed away in 1994 following a battle with cancer, members of his old study group from the EMBA made sure he would live on. Along with Voitik’s wife, Pam, the EMBA Program and alumni helped create the Larry F. Voitik Memorial Scholarship. Stewards of the scholarship have joined forces with Illinois Business Consulting (IBC) to annually support a talented student who works on consulting projects for start-up organizations.
