I-Link Business is our online recruitment management system. I-Link Business connects students and employers for the purpose of finding great fits for internships and full-time jobs.
I-Link for Employers
I-Link Business is free of charge to all employers and provides access to over 2,200 student résumés and a free job board exclusively for University of Illinois College of Business students. Through I-Link Business, you can:
- Post jobs
- Post and manage interview schedules
- Generate student résumé books
- Register for Business Career Fairs
- Participate in the Job Shadow program
- View registrants for information sessions and/or workshops
We are currently accepting reservations for our Spring on-campus recruiting session which begins Feb. 6. You may request an OCR date through I-Link Business.
