We have two full-time, tenure-track faculty positions, starting fall 2014.

Rank is open. PhD in Strategy or a related discipline must be completed or near completion. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to produce original and innovative scholarly research of the highest quality and impact. Building our PhD program is a top priority, and candidates who can contribute to this goal will be given preference.

Our current faculty include: Mercedes Delgado, Masaaki [Mike] Kotabe, Seok-Woo Kwon, Nandini Lahiri, Ram Mudambi, MB Sarkar, and Sheryl Winston Smith, among others. The Western Illinois University Department of Marketing and Management is seeking a full time, tenure track assistant position in Supply Chain Management, to begin January 2014 or August 2014.

A Ph.D./D.B.A. in SCM or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited school is required. Applicants with ABD status and substantial evidence of completion will be considered.

Also required is demonstrated ability to teach multiple classes in SCM (e.g., Introduction, Transportation, International Logistics, Purchasing, Negotiations, Warehousing, or Risk Management).

Strategic Management Department of IESE Business School is seeking applications for an entry level position (Assistant Professor). Applicants for this position must demonstrate ability to conduct high quality research and the potential to teach in a challenging international environment. A PhD in a relevant field must be completed or near completion. IESE is particularly interested in candidates with a focus in strategic management and welcome different disciplinary approaches.
