AEL hosted an informal discussion for Illinois Launch students to meet Chef Dave Martin from Bravo's Top Chef Series. Chef Martin, who has helped launch one of the new on-campus dining programs at the University of Illinois, is a successful entrepreneur and the author of Flavor Quest.
