Scholarship
Mr. and Mrs. Alan Peterson established the Elmer Staats and Chuck Bowsher
Scholarship, which the Association of Government Accountants presents. Elmer
Staats and Chuck Bowsher are University of Illinois accountancy graduates
and both are former Comptroller Generals of the United States.
