1See general education requirements in Class Schedule or ILLINOIS Website for complete Advanced Composition course selection.  Note that some courses can fulfill both a general education and the Advance Composition requirement (e.g., Bus & Tech. Writing 250; Principles of Business Writing is highly recommended for College of Business majors).

2The Department recommends that students broaden their education by taking these electives outside of accountancy.  No more than 7 hours of these electives may be in accountancy courses, and if accountancy electives are taken.

3CPA Review Course; credit for this course (0-10 hours) not granted toward ILLINOIS degree requirements, but may be applied toward the State’s 150-hour education requirement.
