GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIP APPOINTMENTS
The Department of Accountancy awards a limited number of graduate assistantships based on academic merit and financial need.
To facilitate timely announcements confirming spring appointments (for those students who will have spring appointments), faculty supervisor will perform an early assessment of the fall semester performance-to-date for their graduate assistants. At the completion of the fall semester, faculty supervisors will perform a more complete evaluation of the performance of their graduate assistants using the Accountancy Graduate Assistantship Performance Evaluation Form. While the Department will send a copy of this evaluation (which will include the mid-term assessment) to each assistant, assistants should meet with their faculty supervisors to discuss their performance in more detail.
